Tokyo, 35-year-old female
If you’re embarrassed about standing in the incontinence product section, go online beforehand and read about the different product features. Find the product you’re most interested in, and then simply buy it and try it out.
Ishikawa, 23-year-old female
The packaging has all kinds of information about how much the products absorb, how they feel, and so on, so make sure to check them out!
Hokkaido, 50-year-old female
You’ll get the right product if you select the right absorbency. There’s odor to deal with too, so get one with a deodorizing function. Pantyliners can’t help you with urinary leaks; make sure you get a product that’s actually designed for leaks.
Fukushima, 35-year-old female
If you just leak a little, go for a smaller product! I bought one that was too big and it didn’t work out so well (^_^;).
Tokyo, 51-year-old female
You should try several products to find out the one suit you. Purchase about 3 different products and change them by conditions, situations or time. You will know what's good for you.
Osaka, 37-year-old female
If you are uncomfortable to talk to store staff, try calling helpline.
This is every day use and numbers each day, so trying sample won't be any waste.
I try every new product in store. It is surprising how things get better.
Gunma, 45-year-old female
You don't know how much leakage you have so it's better to start using product with small capacity.
Osaka, 40-year-old female
It is better to check products closely at store, but if you are uncomfortable with stand out in public, it is better to check manufacturers' web site and learn what kind of product fits in what kind of situation so you can smoothly put product in cart at shop.
Glad I picked that one!

Mie, 47-year-old female
It’s best to get a product that’s made for leaks, since menstrual discharge and urine are different and absorb differently. Just pretend you’re buying it for a parent instead of for yourself and you’ll feel much more relaxed.
Hiroshima, 35-year-old female
It may be embarrassing to pick out a product or even just stand in the aisle, but if you can work up the courage to do it, you’re going to be so much more confident every day of your life!

Now is not the time to feel embarrassed to use it. If it is convenient and makes life better, there is no reason to hesitate. I don’t consider these as diapers more like underwear.
Nara, 44-year-old female
I recommend special pad to not smirch underwear by unexpected leakage. I used use panty-liner or napkin, but as I age, only special pad that can absorb enough.
Hiroshima, 42-year-old female
I have learned numbers of women experience leakage. Urine special pads are better in absorbing amount and odor elimination. Try it for once.
Ehime, 43-year-old female
It’s better safe than sorry.
Tokyo, 59-year-old female
I can spend all day without worrying wet underwear or cloth. Not worried all day is big deal so you should deal with it now!
Hokkaido, 33-year-old female
Until I start to use urine special pad, I was using sanitary pad, but once I tried special pad, I was surprised that absorptive and odor cleanse. Honestly, I think those are totally different product.
Toyama, 45-year-old female
I don’t have any worry in my activity any more (no more anxiety of leakage). It offers me different level relief feeling, so if you are wondering, try it once.
Hokkaido, 49-year-old female
If you think smell is only your problem and no one else notices it, think again. Sanitary pad can’t solve odor problem. So you should get help of odor elimination of special pad. That is for your own sake.
